1. Who we are

TopClass Center, a language and tutoring centre in Tangier, is responsible for processing your personal data. This policy covers our website, the student space, our Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp messages, and enrolment at the centre.

2. Data we collect

Contact details: name, phone or WhatsApp, email, and your Instagram or Facebook account if you message us from it.
School details: level, subject or language, goal, preferred times.
Message content and comments on our posts.
Enrolled students: group, attendance, payments, and parent details for minors.
Usage: technical data about your visit to the website.

This website stores no form data: enrolment buttons open WhatsApp with a ready message that you send yourself. We never ask for bank details, ID card numbers or health information by message.

3. Why we use it

To answer your questions and choose a programme.
To handle enrolment, placement tests, classes and payments.
To contact you about your request or your child’s schooling.
To improve our services.
To send offers only if you agree; you can stop them with one message.

4. Automated assistant

An AI-based assistant may reply on behalf of TopClass, using information checked by our team.
It records what you share so reception can contact you.
It can make mistakes: prices, times and seats are confirmed by our team.
You can ask to speak to a person at any time.
It makes no decisions on your behalf.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We only use service providers: Meta Platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp), Anthropic (the Claude model behind the assistant) and Hostinger (hosting). The website also loads Google Fonts and a Google Maps map on the Contact page. Processing may take place outside Morocco.

6. How long we keep it

Conversations and people who did not enrol: up to 12 months after the last contact.
Student files: for the enrolment period, then as required by law for accounting records.

7. Security

Encrypted connections, a password for each staff member and limited access. The assistant cannot see financial data or student files.

8. Minors

We prefer to be contacted by a parent or guardian, and enrolment requires their consent. The website games collect no children’s data. We never publish student photos without written parental permission.

9. Your rights

Under Moroccan Law 09-08 you may access, correct or delete your data, object to processing and refuse marketing, and complain to the CNDP.

10. Deleting your data

Email contact@topclasscenter.ma, message us on WhatsApp at +212 609-447434, or send “delete my data” on Instagram.
Give your name and your account or phone number.
We delete it within 30 days and confirm.
